Grupo Bazan is the unified export identity of Usina Bazan S/A and Usina Bela Vista S/A — two neighbouring sugar-and-ethanol mills in Pontal, in the cane heartland of São Paulo state, Brazil.
Established cane mills, presented as one group
Both companies are based in Pontal, São Paulo, and already appear linked in trade directories. Presenting them as Grupo Bazan gives international buyers one relationship, two production sites and a combined sugar and ethanol portfolio.
Each unit crushes sugarcane into VHP raw sugar and crystal sugar, distils anhydrous and hydrated ethanol, and cogenerates bioelectricity from bagasse. Combined crystal capacity is roughly 75,000 bags per day — Usina Bazan around 35,000 and Usina Bela Vista around 40,000.
Both units are authorized to export ethanol to the United States, and both hold Bonsucro sustainability certification alongside São Paulo state environmental good-practice certification.
